Cazadores Event Center Venue and Decor Package 2025
Cazadores Event Center is our family owned venue. It is located at 3921 Horman Rd. Fort Wayne,IN.46816. Cazadores can accommodate up to 320 guests comfortably and has a lovely outdoor area for any type of ceremony. Package
Includes 2 free hours day prior, venue rental day of, decor package, security, bartender, waiting staff and clean up.
Prices will not change if items are removed from package per customers request. $200.00 nonrefundable deposit required for decor package. This deposit only applies for Cazadores Event Center. A separate deposit is require for Salsa Photo Booth. Custom Banners MUST be paid in full at the time of placing order. All balances are due 8 weeks prior to event,

Ceiling Decor
Four 15 foot drapes/Floral Ceiling Decor/Chandelier (Availability subject to height of ceiling) This service is only available in addition to decor package.
Custom 4'X 8' banner
This can be a welcome banner or a personalized photo banner. This typically would be at entrance of venue. Larger banners are available for an upgrade. Banners are available for any event at any location.
Salsa Photo Booth
My newest addition! The Salsa photo booth is a self-service photo booth! It captures photos/GIFS/boomerangs and small video snipits. Pictures can be directly texted or emailed to your guests! A custom template will be designed to go around each photo. The Salsa booth is available for any event at any location. A 20% non-refundable deposit due at booking. Balance due 4 weeks prior to event. Rental is for 5 hours. Latest pick up time is 11:00 p,m. Each additional hour is $75.00..
All prices are subject to change. Pricing will not change by adding or removing items from package. A separate deposit is required for Salsa Photo Booth. Custom banners must be paid in full at time of booking. Client is responsible for providing disposable tableware/napkins and fuel.
