+Cancellation & refund policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Payments are also non-refundable if you cancel after the due date of the final payment. In that case we issue a credit that is good for 12 months from the cancellation date, and your event may be rescheduled one time. Please let us know as soon as your plans change so we can do our best to work with you.
+Something isn't right with my order — what should I do?
Tell us immediately. If anything is wrong with an order, contact us right away so we can make it right. The same goes for the Salsa Photo Booth — if pictures are not sending during your event, let us know immediately so we can fix it on the spot.
+What are your balloons made out of?
Quality biodegradable latex balloons from Tuf-Tex, made in the USA and Canada. We stock 60+ colors in 5", 11", 17", and oversized sizes, plus a wide range of foil/mylar balloons.
+How long does it take to set up an event?
Most full installations take 2–4 hours on-site. Larger weddings and quinceañeras can require additional set-up time the day before. We always confirm a setup window with you in advance.
+Balloon care
Keep balloons out of direct sunlight, heat, and wind. Latex balloons typically last 12–24 hours when filled with helium, longer when air-filled and arranged in garlands or columns. We are not responsible for balloons after delivery and setup.
+Do you take rush / last-minute orders?
Online pickup and delivery orders require at least 72 hours' notice. For an earlier date or a same-day in-store helium appointment, contact Rosy first. Short-notice requests depend on availability; exact colors, characters, and specialty items cannot be guaranteed.
+What is your return policy?
Because every order is custom-made and perishable, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All deposits are non-refundable. If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we'll make it right.
+What types of venues does Little Flower Events by Rosy work with?
Any venue! We regularly install at hotels, banquet halls, churches, schools, corporate offices, private homes, our own Cazadores Event Center, and our Downtown Event Space at 816 Calhoun Street.
