Event details
Total package price: $7,650. A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. Staff, setup, and cleanup are included. Staffing includes 4 servers for 6 hours, security from 7:00 PM-2:00 AM, 1 bartender from 4:00 PM-1:00 AM, and an event supervisor from 4:00 PM-1:00 AM. You may cater your own event and bring your own food, beer, and wine. The included bartender serves beer and wine. No hard alcohol is permitted. Family-owned venue at 3921 Horman Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46816. Up to 320 guests with an outdoor ceremony area. Includes 4 hours Friday for rehearsal and drop-off, tables and Chiavari chairs, linens for up to 30 tables, tableware for up to 300, focal table decor, backdrops, and Photo Booth access. Prices do not change if package items are removed at the customer's request.
