Heat, direct sunlight, and wind are a balloon's worst enemies. Latex expands and pops in the sun, so keep arches and garlands in the shade whenever possible — especially outdoors in summer.

Last-minute orders & rush fees
Orders placed with less than 72 hours' notice may incur a rush fee and can only be accepted if our schedule allows. Placing your order earlier always gives us the most flexibility to customize colors and themes for you.
Scheduling & no same-day service
We don't offer same-day pickup or delivery — for example, a garland ordered on a Saturday can't be picked up that same Saturday. We'll schedule your pickup or delivery for a later day once we've planned and prepped your order.
DIY kit shipping
Shipping is available on DIY kits — calculated at checkout. We ship on business days only (no weekend shipping), so orders placed over the weekend go out the next business day.
Balloon care instructions
Helium balloons float for a day
Helium-filled latex balloons typically float for 12–24 hours. Foil/mylar balloons can float for several days to a week. Air-filled garlands and columns last much longer — often a week or more indoors.
Handle with care
Avoid rough surfaces, pets' claws, and sharp décor. Transport bouquets standing up and out of a hot car. A few pops in a large garland are normal and we build in extras to account for it.
Indoors lasts longest
For the longest-lasting display, keep your balloons indoors at room temperature, away from heat vents and AC drafts.

All sales are final.
Every order is custom-made, hand-assembled, and perishable, so we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed. All deposits are non-refundable. We are not responsible for balloons or rentals after delivery and setup. If there's ever a problem with your order, reach out within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
