Setup and delivery are included in the price, including the standard 8-foot tall by 8-foot wide backdrop.

Clients receive photos and videos in ZIP files within approximately 24 hours. Download promptly; Rosy retains files only for a limited time before discarding them.

Captures may not send during the event when mobile towers are congested. Files will still be delivered afterward.
